Service Delivery

If ILM E QURAN INSTITUTE fails to start classes at the agreed schedule within 5 working days, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Refund Policy

We offer a flexible and user-friendly refund policy. If for any reason the client wants to cancel their registration, the request should be submitted to us in writing via email. They can also inform us by calling our support line, but processing will start after receiving an email from the address mentioned during the sign-up process.

• Within the first week: If we receive a cancellation request email within the first week from the date of fee submission, we will refund 80% of the submitted fee.
• After one week: Cancellation requests generated after one week will make the client eligible for a 50% refund.
• After two weeks: Any request received after 2 weeks will not be entertained.

We'll process the refund within 30 days after receiving the cancellation request in the form of any suitable payment transfer method based on mutual consensus.
